Welcome to Gorides. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gorides application, website, and services (“Services”). By creating an account, booking a ride, or driving with Gorides, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gorides as a rider.

Drivers must meet local licensing requirements, maintain valid insurance, and pass background checks.

By using our Services, you confirm you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts

Riders and drivers must register and provide accurate personal information, including name, phone number, email, and payment details.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Misuse of your account or allowing unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination.

3. Use of Services

Riders agree to treat drivers with respect and follow safety rules during rides.

Drivers agree to operate vehicles safely, follow traffic laws, and maintain clean, insured, and roadworthy vehicles.

Gorides is a technology platform that connects riders with drivers. We are not a transportation company and do not own or operate vehicles.

4. Payments and Fees

Riders agree to pay all applicable fares, tolls, surcharges, and service fees shown at booking or completion of the ride.

Payments are processed automatically through the Gorides app.

Drivers will receive earnings through Gorides’ payment system after deduction of applicable service fees.

Prices may vary due to demand (e.g., surge pricing).

 

 

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Riders may cancel a ride within a set period (e.g., 2 minutes) without charge.

Cancellations after the grace period may incur a fee.

Refunds will be issued only in cases of system error, duplicate charges, or other verified circumstances.

6. Safety and Conduct

Riders and drivers must not engage in unlawful, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

Weapons, illegal substances, and harassment are strictly prohibited.

Gorides reserves the right to remove any user from the platform for violating safety standards.

7. Insurance and Liability

Drivers must maintain required personal auto insurance.

Gorides provides limited liability coverage where required by law.

Gorides is not liable for accidents, damages, delays, or losses except as required by applicable law.

8. Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Location data is used only for ride matching, navigation, and safety purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All Gorides logos, designs, and app content are the property of Gorides.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Gorides intellectual property without permission.

10. Termination of Service

Gorides may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may close their accounts at any time through the app.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Gorides provides Services “as is” without guarantees.

We are not responsible for:

Actions of riders or drivers.

Delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third parties.

Liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.

  12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through Gorides’ customer support.
